Mauro Simionato è un creative director e collezionista di vinili d'origine veneziane, ma residente a Milano. Qualche mese fa l'abbiamo contattato per il quinto numero di Caffeine mix e ad hoc per noi ha preparato " Mar " questa selezione particolare, eclettica e tropicale che ben rappresenta l'originalità del personaggio in questione.
"Mar" is spanish for "sea". this mix is called sea because there's a lot of sand in there, vinegar too. it's inspired by our generation of anglo-american dreams and latin-asian jobs. we got no chance but taking the sea. tropic waves have been flowing through western music forever anyway. tropical wine burnt into a big white pot through decades. that's what i want to share, a sip of tropical brulé.
